Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue Taylor is an American actor and producer who is best recognized for her roles played on the television series Ray Undercover Brother, The Mentalist and the television show The Mentalist. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American Studies at Brown University and also a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the Tisch School for the Arts New York University. Aunjanue Ellis. She began her career acting in 1995 when she played Ariel on the stage in The Tempest. She's appeared on Broadway as a part of Come and Gone, A Winter's Tale, Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis. In her film career her most well-known roles are performances such as Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express or The Help. On television her regular role in the ABC's crime drama series High Incident has earned her high praise.
